Rescheduling & cancellation

• You may reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable — the slot was held for you.
• If Maya must cancel, you choose between a full refund and a priority rebooking.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Mokshaland never sees or stores your card details. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

Privacy & your birth details

Astrology and numerology sessions require personal data — your birth date, time and place. These are used solely to prepare your session, are never sold or shared, and are deleted on request at hello@mokshaland.com. Session recordings are shared only with you.

Readings and wellness consultations are guidance, not guarantees. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice from licensed professionals. Maya will always tell you when a question belongs with a doctor instead of a chart.
